But when a design choice doesn’t feel right—especially when it risks overlooking the user—I’ll speak up.To me, empathy isn’t about being agreeable—it’s about caring enough to hold the line. I don’t push back just to make a point. I speak up because I care deeply about product quality.User thinking isn’t a “nice to have”—it’s essential to building something that actually works. When a direction feels off, I’ll be the one to pause the room and ask the hard questions, even when they’re uncomfortable, and even when no one else is ready to.
